Had a fun foam roller workshop today at Yen Yoga. The foam roller is a fantastic way to fine-tune your Pilates practice. As we say, you cannot cheat on the foam roller! From massage, to relaxed stretches, or for a more challenging workout the foam roller proves to be an effective tool to improve your practice.
